Before payment
Availability, inclusions and the final price are confirmed before payment. Review the written confirmation carefully.
Products and digital goods
Report transit damage or a materially incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. Eligible unused goods may be returned only after written approval.
Bookings
Cancellation and rescheduling windows are shown in your booking confirmation. Venue safety closures receive a new date or credit unless the agreement states otherwise.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing can take 5–10 business days after approval.
